How long do I have to rent the storage unit?

The lease is month-to-month. You can rent it for a month or as long as you'd like!

Do you require a security deposit?

Yes! For our smaller units, there is a $20.00 deposit. Our Medium units have a $30.00 deposit. Large units have a $40.00 deposit. Extra large units have a $50.00 deposit. As long as you clean and sweep out the unit, remove your lock, and give the vacating notice, the security deposit is refunded the day you vacate.

Does Bloomfield Storage provide a lock?

Bloomfield Storage does not provide a lock, however, we have them for sale in the office
